PLEASE read all parts of our policy. If a deposit is placed, you are agreeing to this policy whether you have decided to read it or not.

Welcome to Trulie Rex Rabbitry, we are located in Citra, Florida just 20 minutes north of Ocala. We truly care about all of our bunnies here at Trulie Rex Rabbitry and for their health & safety we are a CLOSED rabbitry. These policies are in place to ensure our bunnies go to the best possible home. Breeder has the right to hold back any bunny in a litter for breeding purposes.

Deposits: We are established on a first come first serve basis. This means to officially hold and reserve a bunny or a spot on a litter a 50% deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable unless something happens on our end like a bunny gets sick while still in our care or your reserved litter (Doe) Is not in fact pregnant. You can use your deposit on another litter or refund only if rabbit gets sick or dies, NO other expectations or exceptions. Deposits can be placed through Venmo or zelle. We accept Venmo, zelle or cash for the remaining balance of your bunny.

Transportation: If using transportation, the remaining balance is due two days prior to the bunnies leaving our farm. If local pick up, balance is due at time of pickup. No bunny will leave our farm until the balance is paid. Our bunnies are checked over daily from birth till leaving to go to their new homes. We strive to have happy & healthy bunnies! All of our bunnies are cared for in a temperature-controlled environment which we highly recommend. We do work with transport! Setting up transport is entirely up to the buyer. Stops need to be in Ocala/Gainesville Fl. 

Health: Our bunnies are sold as healthy to the absolute best of our knowledge upon leaving our farm. Once the bunny leaves the property of Trulie Rex Rabbitry, we are not responsible or liable for any accidents, vet bills, expenses, health issues, or other problems the bunnies may have.
Once bunny has left our care, we do NOT guarantee gender, weight, fertility, type, or behavior. If your bunny is of show color we do not guarantee it can be shown. We cannot control as they can change with handling, age, & environment. We raise all our bunnies with a litter box, but bunnies do what bunnies do, so accidents are always ongoing. We suggest you continue to provide a litter box for inside rabbits and continue to put any accidents back into their litter box as you see it to reinforce their training.

At 8 weeks of age buns can leave our care, but we have the right to hold them longer if we feel is necessary.

Holding: If we hold a bunny longer on our terms, there will be no added fee. If discussed, we can hold the bunny for you after ready to go date with a board fee of $10 per week up to 3 weeks max. No bunny will leave our care before 8 weeks of age due to the health priority of our bunnies.

All of our bunnies are provided with a bag of transitional feed and a pedigree (if applicable). Birth certificates can be supplied upon request. A list of supplies needed can also be provided upon request.
